Shipping Costs including VAT
Shipping Costs are based on where the goods are to be sent.
Payment Options
-Debit/Creditcard
We accept debit/creditcards and use PayPal as intermediate.
-Payment in advance
When paying in advance you can choose from these alternatives:
Swish
Bankgiro
Bank Account (SEK)
Bank Account (Euro)
Bank Account (USD)
-PayPal
Works the same way as with debit/creditcard except you use your PayPal account instead.
-Invoice
When paying with invoice there is a billing fee of currently 45 SEK including VAT.
We only invoice swedish companies.
We only deliver to the address registered with Bolagsverket.
You must choose DHL Företagspaket as shipping method.
We reserve the right to, without motivating or explaining why, demand payment in advance.
Delivery
Transporters
We use DHL, Bring and the Swedish postal service "Posten" as shippers.

Sometimes we deliver by ourselves if it close enough.
-Unclaimed/Undeliverable Packages
The goods remains at the Service Point for 14 days after that it is returned to us.
If the goods is returned to us we charge a fee of 250 SEK including VAT.
Return of purchased items
When buying on DeliCo.se the right to return purchased items is in accordance with the swedish law: Distansavtalslagen (2005:59).
File a complaint within 14 days
As a buyer you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
Returning of the goods
Remember that the product should be returned substantially unaltered. We want it packaged in the original packaging with the associated inner packaging and any accessories. Receipt or invoice should also be enclosed. Other goods included with the purchase should also be returned. Smaller products are often supplied with an outer packaging which protects the original product packaging. In this event it should be returned with the outer packaging or equivalent packaging used.
You are responsible for return shipment. When you return the product you are responsible for the return cost. keep the filing receipt - be aware that you are responsible for the goods at a return shipment.
Foodstuff
The right to return food is only applicable if the packaging is unopened.
Reimbursement
Any refund is returned to the same credit card used in the original purchase.

In stock | Normal delivery 1 - 3 weekdays. Counting from the day payment was recieved or order confirmed. |
Only on order | Normal delivery 5 - 10 weekdays. Counting from the day payment was recieved or order confirmed. |
Out of stock | Typically the product is only temporary out of stock and will soon enter the stock again. Sometimes not even the supplier has it in stock and then it may take longer. |
